After you officially submit your application, changes to your term of entry, major or contact information can be applied using the form below. Students requesting to defer their enrollment to a later term must submit this form.

Any student entering the Florida State University System with fewer than 60 semester hours of credit is required to enroll in a minimum of nine credit hours in the summer at a Florida state university.
An undergraduate student on academic probation who’s cumulative and semester GPAs fall below a 2.0 will automatically be dismissed from his/her program and the university. The student has 10 business days after receipt of the dismissal notice to appeal the decision.
For freshmen and transfer students, the $200 Admission Tuition deposit is a pre-payment towards tuition and confirms that the student will be attending FIU.
