Initial awards for grants are based on full-time enrollment. If you are not enrolled full-time, the grant will be reduced based on your actual enrollment after the drop/add period.
Florida Student Assistance Grant
The Florida Student Assistance Grant (FSAG) is a need-based state grant available to undergraduate students who attend Florida public state universities. You will be awarded based on the information submitted on the FAFSA. The annual awards may vary for the academic year excluding the summer semester.
Requirements
- Submit the FAFSA
- Have a SAI of -1500 to 9984
- Must be a Florida resident and a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
- Must NOT have a previous bachelor’s degree
