FIU | OneStop Updates

The Student Academic Success Center (SASC) building will be closed to all students and visitors on Monday, January 30th for the Active Shooter Response Training. Please note that there will be police activity and loud sounds around the building.

All offices located in SASC, including OneStop Enrollment Management and Student Financials, will be closed on Monday and will reopen on Tuesday, January 31st. Offices with staff at BBC will forward calls to team members who may assist you. If you have a time-sensitive Student Affairs-related issue, please call 305-348-2797.

Students may contact OneStop via live chat and via email at onestop@fiu.edu. OneStop will begin reviewing all messages and replying in a timely manner once the SASC building re-opens on Tuesday, January 31st. Student Financials and student customer services offices at BBC and FIU at I-75 are not affected by this closure. You may contact them as appropriate for your needs.
